Are TULA products for me?

All TULA products are ideal for all skin types and skin tones, and are formulated for optimal skin health for both men and women. Every formula is designed to be gentle to your skin and is clinically tested to ensure it is non-irritating and non-sensitizing.

Will TULA work for my teenager?
While we carefully select the best ingredients for our products to be gentle on your skin, with children we would recommend visiting a dermatologist first. You can consult the doctor with our full list of ingredients (found on every product page) and make sure it would be a good fit.

Can I use TULA if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Many of our customers have enjoyed using TULA products through pregnancy and while nursing, but since everyone's experience can be quite different, visiting your doctor for a personal recommendation is the best course of action. We always include the full list of ingredients on every product page, so you can consult your doctor and he/she can consider them for you.

How can I get a personalized regimen?

Do you have any samples?

We don't have samples available, but we understand that you want to give the products a try before investing in them! That's why we have a flexible return policy - take some time to give our products a try. Not in love? Just email our team within 30 days of your order date to initiate a return - no questions asked. My Order

I'm having trouble placing my order.

We're sorry to hear that! It may help to try closing your browser and starting fresh, but if you continue to have trouble, just email us at help@tula.com so we can troubleshoot and help you place your order.

I'm having trouble with a promo code.

As a quick reminder, only one discount code can be applied per order, and each code can only be used once per customer. All discount codes are not valid on previous orders, gift cards, auto-delivery items, and a few other promotional items. Other restrictions may apply. Please email help@tula.com if you're still having trouble!

Help! I need to cancel/edit my order.

Unfortunately our team is not able to make any changes to orders after they are placed, including editing the contents of an order, retroactively applying a promotional code, or cancelling it entirely. Please confirm all details, including shipping information and the contents of your order before completing it!

How can I edit my auto-delivery order?

It's very easy to make changes to your auto-delivery order! You can log into your account on tula.com. Once you sign in, you'll see your AUTO-DELIVERIES in a separate section. You can click EDIT, then you will be able to change frequencies or skip shipments there. Our team is also available to help make any adjustments as needed, just let us know how we can help. 

Where does TULA ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states through USPS First Class and Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Next Day Air. Orders will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout, after a 2-3 business day processing period.

Our shipping options include the following: USPS Standard Shipping (3-6 business days): $7 - free with $40+ orders; UPS Ground Shipping (2-5 business days): $10; UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $25

You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas up north in Canada. Orders shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses may require up to 28 business days to be delivered.

There's something wrong with my order.

All of our orders are packed and shipped with care and love, but if there's something wrong with your order, please email us at help@tula.com right away! It's often helpful to send photos of the issue so our team can quickly assess the problem and help make things right as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products & want you to love them as much as we do. That’s why we have a free returns policy.

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return & issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. No hard feelings.
